Yeah, but they made for a good midnight snack for the pirates.
Another reason why Ninjas are better.
Given a hostage situation, Ninjas would be able to beat up the entire ship AND safely rescue the captive.
Insane stealth, anyone?

Pirates don't cry either. In fact, due to their ongoing battle with scurvy, pirates have the highest pain tolerance of any faction of humans ever, including ninjas.

First off, though it is true that the standard pirate is no match for the standard ninja, since a ninja by its nature is already an elite to some degree. However any pirate that matters can easily defeat any ninja that matters for the following reasons: 1. Pirates cheat, which is simply the best stategic move possible. 2. though the basics of their fighting styles are similar (high dogde/perry) the ninja is constantly jumping about and using way to much energy, even if the pirate isn't quite as good, he just has to wait for the ninja to get tired. 3. ninjas have this |
