Ok I was just curious...
How many of you like drama-ish manga? I suppose things like Peach Girl would qualify...
Things about normal people and their everyday lives, the drama that ensues them, things like that.
Non-magical mangas?
Examples of what the hell I'm talking about, if you don't get it (cause I'm terrible at explaining):
Peach Girl
Nana
Gravitation
Paradise Kiss
Those sort of manga? o_o;
*wonders how confused people are now*
BTW-
If you choose "Depends...", please, let me know what it depends on? What sort of things interest you most in them?

Like the Korean drama mangas, for example Kill me Kiss me. <3 I hearts that manga so yes. But right now I'm reading more action mangas. XD Can't find any good romance ones at the moment which I still have to finish Honey Mustard which is another Korean manga.

I can love all types of manga, regardless of the content. Unless it sucks.  I like Ouran Hostobu, and Nana, PrincessPrincess, and GTO, HanaKimi, Yakitate!!Japan, Hikaru no Go, and Imadoki... etc. As long as it interests me, it shouldn't matter if the characters have superpowers or super-complicated lovelives. (Saiyuki rules!!!!) |

I love 'em all! Whether or not magic is involved, I'll read any manga as long as it piques my interest. Hence why i love everything from Dolls to CardCaptor Sakura to Kill Me Kiss Me! All manga has a unique flavor to it and no manga should go untasted! ^__^

A manga can be anything. A manga is born with potential. I don't think magic in the story really effects the overall impact the manga has on me. Sure, I love Pet Shop of Horrors and Saiyuki. But I love Chobits too, and Azumanga Daioh, and Boys over Flowers, too. Love Hina? Also Legal Drug. Basically, it doesn't matter at all.

well, i dunno, methinks it's just coincidence that most of the stuffs i read has magic in it. i mean, yuyu hakusho, inuyasha, furuba, tsubasa, chobits, negima, DN, DNangel, it's just coincidence. methinks it's cuz so many manga just HAS it there, y'know? it's not the main appeal, but it's like a backup thing. ex you can't assume people like BREAD cuz they like pizza (the crust). they MIGHT, but that's besides the point *ahem* anyways, drama manga.. meh, i dunno, would furuba qualify?  ;; |
