How do I fix my keyboard (question mark). I have É instead of my question mark, ' and " instead of the side triangle thingies (Ièm illiterate today), è instead of my apostrophe etc. etc. !@#$%?&*() all of my number keys still work though, except for the apostrophe next to the 1. ¨ÇÈ:É"'À (leftwards arrow) those are my punctuation keys.
Someone please tell me how to fix this without having to restart (question mark)

This is the second time itès done this, I have no idea if I hit something or not, though I assume that I did.

You might just have to restart. A lot of times these problems are solved by that simple procedure.

Most likely the cause is due to having other languages enabled (you have them all installed just fine, just take them out of the keyboard switching list).  Goto the control panel, goto Regional and Language Options, goto the Languages tab, click the Details button.  In the Installed Services list, delete anything that is not English (unless you have a reason for needing to directly type in another language using IME functionality, and if you do not know what IME is then no you do not).

You should not need to restart when you are removing language options.  At least I have never needed to.  I need to turn off a lot of other languages at a work PC (they have like every possible language in that thing, and when you start typing it seems to randomly switch between them, really irritating, so I just delete them all each time, sans English, I get on, the computer is reset upon restart anyway at work...
