Believe me, from personal experience you only have sex with the people you like.  In my group of friends you either have sex a lot, don't mind people talking about their sexual encounters or you don't have sex at all and tell people that you are either a) uncomfortable having sex and want to wait or B) weird things happen when you have sex or try to have sex so you just don't.  I am a weird combination of both parts a and b of that last sentence.  I've come close to having sex a lot and I won't define losing my virginity by being around a man or a woman at all.  The orgasm has to come and the person should feel comfortable being with the other person.  If you feel uncomfortable having lost your virginity to someone who took it and deny it...people can say all they want, but you won't be thinking of yourself as having lost your virginity, at least not in good terms and you'll wish the memories were gone.

I don't know why, but Iranians feel pretty much the same way about sex.  They are really uncomfortable about it and no one talks about it.  Its a hushed secret.  I'm about 80% Iranian in my views when it comes to talking about sex.  You wait until after you get married to have sex.  A contract must be signed before someone can lose their virginity.  Women even get tested to make sure their hymen is intact before they get married.  A women without a hymen in her vagina is considered "damaged goods." Its quite unfortunate and I don't agree with it at all.  Plus, people are uncomfortable talking about sex or using sexual terms.  Like you'd never hear anyone say penis and vagina on the streets.  My mother jokingly used a semi-vulgar word for penis in front of my cousins while we were walking to a party once and everyone involved got super embarrassed.  For those of you who have seen scrubs, think of Elliot and imagine her before she had sex with that guy from Sea World. Then think of the millions of pre-Sea World guy Elliots who live in Iran.  I'm about eighty percent pre-Sea World guy Elliot.

Let's see... 25 years old, still a virgin, never been kissed, never been in a romantic relationship of any sort, never really had any interest, I just do not often think about such thing (and no, I am not ugly, a hermit, or what-not, I have people trying to flirt, I just shrug them off as I am truly just not interesting, I am attracted to intellect, and that just seems to be lacking here... and no, knowledge is not intellect, intelligence is not what you know, but your ability to reason things out, anytime I have found someone who might work-out shortly end up showing just how ruled by their emotions or what-not they are).

Thankfully though, I have more time for other things, which is good considering I have near no time as-is.

I get confused when people flirt with me.  Lets just say...I once offered to blow dry a girl's pants when she flirted with me.  It was really awkward, but it makes for one hell of a story.  I'm actually really strict when it comes to sleeping with people or how I deal with virginity.  Might come from having dated a lot of people who were actively suppressing their emotions or didn't know how to deal with the emotions they were experiencing.  And the one other person I would almost define as someone I would recognize losing my virginity with if anything had happened had been diagnosed with a mental problem at a young age.  So I wouldn't even consider actually losing my virginity as losing my virginity.  You have to experience feelings and some sort of pleasure while losing it for it to count.  It is a lot like what Chibi_Emily said, actually.  With a slight bit of what Snowdazed said.  If you hated what happened when you lost it, start over and replace it with better memories of your emotional first time.

I, personally, think there's a VERY distinct line between african american/black/whatever PC term is the norm now and Inho's word. Our troll friend is using the latter half. The former sounds much like, well, the rest of us.

Possibly, but, I HIGHLY doubt I'd get banned for talking smack to a troll. I think his speech was more offensive to people on this forum than ANYTHING I've said so far. Smh...
