I'll think about that. I've had one of my friends help me with a few corrections that I made, mostly to make things sound a bit better considering on how I was taking the story to begin with.

Ok, I finally made a first draft to the story. I've explained about what it is in the document itself, so I hope that helps a bit. I'm up for any grammar corrections and spelling mistakes that could slip by. (grammar in specific always slips since I never can get the correct wording the first time... This is why I fail English so much because I fail any and all essays thrown at me. >.>)

Got you now. I think the update to Emesene is what did the trick I think.. though I can't say for certain though.

Anyway, I'll be waiting for comments about what I got for the draft.

I see nothing wrong so far, but it's too short to judge just yet for me. I will have to wait until there's more. Sorry, if I don't see the whole picture my advice sucks. I've tried before, I know.

That part was meant to be short, the main branch that I plan to type up will be much longer compared to the this particular draft. I wanted to do something before the introduction, which was the 'Mistress' (I'm not telling any names as I don't actually want to spoil the surprise.. I just hope no one else actually finds out...) saying that in particular. The bit before it was an example of the formatting I'm going to do outside of the actual story itself.

I think what I might do is to have something similar to what was done in the Pendragon books. If anyway has read them, you'll already know. If not, here's what was done. The protagonist wrote journals to his friends to read. Every now and then, the two friends would read his journals to find out what was going on with him. Then somewhere in between the journals there would be a break from the reading and basically continue with what was going on outside of the journal itself. It basically goes like this: Main story -> Journal -> Main story again -> More Journal.. etc... you get the picture. That's what I plan to do, while the story telling to remain quite longer than what's outside the story itself. (until it's done, then I've got a bit of a surprise..)

They do something similar with the movie "The Princess Bride" which is about a grandfather telling his child a story. Periodically the story was interrupted for real life conversation. What you are saying will involve more interruptions, but it's the same idea. (I say this because more people are likely to have seen that movie than to have read those books.)

Ahhh.... whenever I get a clear enough mind, I'll see if I can start up on the second draft. I've gotten hardly anything on the first one I wrote, so I assume it's pretty much good to go for the time being.

Also, I need help with getting a good title because "Snow Fox Story" ain't cuttin' it for me. XD

I don't know what you're talking about, but as far as titles go, why not just cut out the story part, and just call it "Snow fox"

And "Snow Fox" doesn't cut it for my story to be honest. It's kinda vague to me or something..

Well now.. I'm on the road at the moment but I do have a bit of a start on the second bit of my draft. I'll be working on it over time for now until I'm satisfied with it. Thank god for laptops. XD At least I'll have something to work on the story with.

I don't expect to have anything until later this month or probably into May. Kinda depends on how I can rattle my head to actually think of how to progress the story itself. It'll be slow-going, but I'll be doing some stuff off and on as long as I have a bit of time to do it.

Over a month and no updates from me. I think it'll stay that way until I can really figure out what I'm going to do. I've been having issues left and right with my laptop that I don't think I can keep anything stable. >.<
